Laurent Perrier, La Cuvee NV, France – Chardonnay blend £40

Laurent-Perrier Brut NV is light, fresh and elegant; just as the house’s founder, Bernard de Nonancourt, meant it to be.

Laurent Perrier, Cuvee Rose, Brut NV, France – Chardonnay blend £60

Like breathing the heady scent of a freshly-picked basket of berry fruits – a symphony of aromas with a gently-rounded, tender finish.

Sparkling Rose “Le Colture” Brut NV, Veneto, Italy – Chardonnay blend £30

Made by the prestigious Le Colture family estate, this hand-made sparkling rose wine is the perfect pink fizz with its delicate mousse and ripe, red berry flavours.

Sauvignon Blanc 2016, Lofthouse Estate, New Zealand £25

Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc at its best – fresh and invigorating. The relative cool climate of the region provides ideal growing conditions for this aromatic grape. Cut grass, nettle and citrus character with a lovely crisp acidity.

Gavi di Gavi 2016, Antonio e Raimondo, Piedmont, Italy £25

In Northern Italy the Cortese grape flourishes on fossil-rich soils, which are ideal for the production of white grapes. Fratelli Antonio e Raimondo’s Gavi di Gavi is pretty and perfumed with notes of orchard fruit.

Chablis 2016, Vincent Dampt, France £30

Chablis is situated in the far north of Burgundy, where the Dampt family have a long tradition of winemakers. Made from 100% Chardonnay, this is pale lemon in colour. The nose shows soft jasmine notes and delicate apple and pear, with a hint of ginger. The palate is elegant with a classic, flinty minerality, balanced by soft, creamy fruit.

Pinot Grigio Rose 2016, Montevento, Italy £25

Blush pink, delicate and light with hints of red fruits on the nose. Fresh on the palate, a perfect spring quaffing wine.

Malbec 2017,  Chamuyo Mendoza Vineyards, Argentina £25

This Malbec is bright cherry red with a violet hue. It shows intense aromas of ripe, red summer fruit, herbs and subtle warm spice. Medium-bodied, rounded yet fresh with soft, supple tannins.

Pinot Noir 2016 , Eradus, Marlborough New Zealand £30

The Eradus family winemaking philosophy centres on achieving wines with ripeness, balance and freshness. This Pinot Noir blends earthy mushroom notes with dark, perfumed fruit and flowers.

Chateau La Fleur des Graves Vayres 2015, Bordeaux £30

Chateau La Fleur des Graves Vayres 2014, Bordeaux Magnum £60

From a vineyard planted 50% Merlot, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon on alluvial gravel soils

Low yields, stainless steel fermentation and a year’s maturation in French oak make for harmonious, well-rounded claret with real personality and pretty aromatics.

Corney & Barrow Ruby Port £30                                                      Quite a serious ruby port, intensely coloured, rich and peppery. From Cristiano Van Zellar, producer of Quinta do Vale Dona Maria. Matured for three years in seasoned oak, it is ready to drink immediately!
